Key Responsibilities
Identify and source new business opportunities through outbound outreach and campaigns
Handle inbound inquiries and provide product and service information
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Support sales initiatives, promotions, and service launches
Work closely with operations and administrative teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
Manage customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
What You Bring
Strong telephone sales and customer service skills
Experience prospecting and maintaining business relationships
Excellent communication and relationship building ability
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Comfort working with multiple systems and CRM tools
Self-motivated and team oriented mindset
