We are looking for a motivated
Account Executive
to join our team and focus on cultivating and expanding a strong sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities for assigned clientele. If you are a disciplined self starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact
The Opportunity As an Account Executive you will be responsible for cross selling and upselling consistently meeting sales targets and fostering exceptional partner and customer satisfaction. You will work and manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects to acquire net new business while retaining training and direction from company leadership
What You’ll Do
Effectively work and manage a sales pipeline with multiple prospects to acquire net new business
Cross sell and upsell to develop new business when appropriate
Meet metrics including defined discovery questions features and benefits closing techniques call performance objectives and new logo and revenue targets
Regularly update Salesforce.com or applicable CRM with relevant notes to accurately forecast and close business within the average sales cycle
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets established by supervisor
Retain training and direction from company leadership
Professionally manage client expectations and workload
Adhere to company policies and values
Work effectively in a collaborative work environment and professionally represent EBQ to clients
Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are
You are a highly motivated and disciplined self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have proven experience in sales development account management or full sales cycles
Background in technology sales is preferred
You are adaptable with strong multi tasking skills
You have working proficiency in Outlook and Salesforce.com or similar CRM
You can effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
You are process oriented with high attention to detail
You work effectively in a collaborative work environment
You can implement ideas and direction around sales process and messaging
Desirable Skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and G Suite
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Physical Demands
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
