The opportunity
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Revenue Strategy and Analytics Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for setting pricing strategies based on hotel and market demand, competitor analysis, data, and forecasting. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $76,800 - $96,700 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
Optimize room revenue and profitability achieved through effective pricing and inventory control aligned with market demand and competitor analysis
Maximize exposure and profitability from all distribution channels, effectively leveraging brand systems and managing OTA relationships
Support financial accuracy and strategic decision-making by developing reliable short- and long-term revenue forecasts
Drive strategic decisions facilitated by comprehensive analysis and clear reporting on key performance indicators
Foresee market trends, proactively adjust strategies, capitalize on revenue opportunities, and communicate each area effectively
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred OR relevant revenue management experience required.
3+ years of revenue management experience preferred
Branded hotel revenue management experience required
Progressive property management experience and/or hotel operations experience preferred
Experience with revenue management systems (i.e., OneYield, IDeaS, Duetto, N2Pricing)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work hybrid or 100% remote if outside the Buffalo, New York area
Shift details Days Evenings On call Holidays M-F Evenings as needed

More about you
