The "Gumption" Requirements
Unmatched Drive:
You must be willing to respond to calls 24/7/365, Disasters don't follow a schedule.
Savvy “Street Smarts” & Assertiveness:
The ability to navigate high-pressure, competitive environments while maintaining professionalism… serving people in their time of need!
Emotional Intelligence:
Handle emotional situations involving serious property loss while helping victims navigate grief with composure and compassion.
Valuable Experience:
Prior backgrounds in firefighting, EMT, public adjusting, or military service are highly valued for their mission-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Rapid Emergency Response:
Monitor 24/7 lead sources (and arrive on-site immediately, first on scene wins the day) to secure the scene. Your operations team is 24/7 to support your efforts.
Real Time Closing:
Consult with impacted owners, mangers or other responsible parties, to secure signed agreements.
Relationship Management:
Develop, build and maintain deep networks with local stakeholders to generate additional referral leads.
Lead Generation & Tracking:
Proactively identify and visit damaged residential and commercial properties, keeping accurate records in our CRM.
Other Responsibilities
Support and guide clients through crises with compassion and resolve.
Solutions orientation.
Adjust your approach according to meet individual needs, circumstances, and urgency.
Work in a dynamic, non-traditional environment involving real-time problem-solving.
Learn quickly— we provide immersive, comprehensive restoration training to develop you into a fire restoration sales professional.
Software acumen.
Maintain regular communication with Paul Davis internal partners regarding project progress, client status, and follow-ups.
Attend weekly morning business development and ERC meetings in office.
