Bright AV is an AV Production company based in Denver, Colorado. We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our quickly growing Audio Visual Production team. Prior experience in a similar role is required. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for audio visual technology and a drive to contribute to exceptional productions, we encourage you to apply. Account Relationship Management (30%): Own and maintain client relationships, ensuring a 90%+ year-over-year retention rate for eligible events. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, identifying new needs, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Develop account strategies to maximize client success, project growth, and retention. Proactively plan and execute account engagement activities, including regular check-ins, annual business reviews, hospitality initiatives, and attendance at key client events and industry functions to deepen and strengthen client relationships. Revenue Growth and Sales Process Execution (30%) Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding the annual sales target as identified above. Execute and maintain the Bright AV sales process consistently across all accounts. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, using tools such as Pipedrive, PandaDoc and PowerPoint/Google Slides decks. Track and report on key sales performance metrics to sales leadership. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts. Event Design (10%): Identify and develop project scopes and detailed proposals aligned with client goals. Collaborate and consult with internal departments to create compelling audio-visual designs. Work with the technical team to create accurate and timely technical quotes/estimates and proposals that meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Ensure seamless execution of events by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Stay up to date on industry trends to provide clients with fresh ideas. Invoicing and Account Financial Management (20%): Manage and execute the client invoicing process and schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate closely with finance and project teams to align billing with project scopes and executed contracts. Maintain oversight of account contracts and financials, proactively addressing discrepancies, changes in scope and/or concessions. Sales Support and Materials Development (10%): Assist in the development and refinement of sales tools and materials, such as PandaDoc templates and PowerPoint/Google Slides decks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive, professional client experience. Compensation:OTE $100,000 up to $150,000 based on experience and commission. Final offers are commensurate with prior experience, your specific skill set, and may vary from the amount above.
