Responsibilities
Conduct case assessments with prospective clients after they have completed intake and qualification.
Understand potential clients’ needs and determine how our services can help.
Educate prospective clients about our firm's offerings, fee structures, and processes.
Follow up with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into retained clients.
Close Sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track sales metrics using CRM tools.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a professional setting, preferably in a service-based industry (legal, financial, healthcare, etc.).
Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals experiencing stressful circumstances.
Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A professional and polished demeanor.
Russian language skills are a huge plus.
Compensation $50,000 - $75,000
