
We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and adding qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities
Engage with potential new clients to sell legal consultations with our attorneys
Convey the value of our services to potential clients and enhance the client experience
Follow up with potential new clients who have not retained us
Maintain tracking to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Qualifications
Understand how to build a relationship with a person
Show the ability to interact with different types of personalities
Show empathy to potential clients and put them at ease
Know how to close a sale by creating urgency and promoting value
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
Have the ability to think on your feet
Doesn’t get discouraged when things don’t go as planned
Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation $56,500 plus bonuses based on performance
