Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients
Communicate with prospects via multiple channels to convert them into qualified leads and move them through the sales pipeline
Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-up and personalized engagement
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate and current information on prospective and existing clients
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and support the conversion process
Track and report sales metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance benchmarks
Stay up to date on industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
Strong time management, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Understanding of the sales process and experience entering information into client databases
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent communication skills, with a strong interpersonal and time management ability
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment while achieving independent success
Solid understanding of the sales process, with a quick learning ability and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
Superior customer service skills
Compensation $17 per hour + bonuses
