
GLG is seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Enablement to support one of our largest global client accounts from the Gurgaon office. This role is responsible for supporting pricing governance, billing accuracy, and data integrity, helping ensure commercial processes run smoothly and revenue-related issues are resolved efficiently.
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in enabling sales leaders and client-facing teams by delivering reliable reporting, maintaining high-quality commercial data, and supporting recurring pricing and billing cycles. This position offers strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Client Solutions, along with close mentorship and meaningful growth opportunities within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities Pricing, Billing & Revenue Governance
Review, validate, and correct monthly client billing statements in collaboration with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership prior to final submission
Identify discrepancies, exceptions, or missing information and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders
Support recurring pricing review cycles by managing timelines, tracking updates, and ensuring pricing data is accurately reviewed and finalized
Monitor client spend activity and support ad hoc discount or credit requests by validating inputs and troubleshooting issues
Reporting & Commercial Insights
Produce monthly and bi‑monthly reports on client usage, spend, and activity to support commercial oversight and planning
Deliver periodic senior‑level usage and consumption reports to support strategic client relationship management
Identify trends, inconsistencies, and risks within commercial datasets and escalate issues where appropriate
Provide sales operations support including Salesforce (SFDC) CRM maintenance (account and user updates)
Create and review CPQ opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts for completeness and accuracy
Support the Post‑Project Feedback Assessment process in coordination with internal stakeholders
Conduct targeted company research (organizational structures, key stakeholders, office locations) to support account understanding and commercial activities
Assist with customized presentations and proposals, clearly articulating GLG’s value proposition and solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate degree from a top‑tier university
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Research, Information Services, Pre‑Sales, or Marketing Operations is a plus
Prior exposure to billing, pricing, or revenue governance in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment preferred
Strong attention to detail with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies in data
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) in a business setting
Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
