Due to our rapid growth, Intero Integrity Services is hiring for an existing vacancy in our Houston, Texas location. Position Summary

The UT Americas Sales Manager is responsible for driving commercial growth, sales excellence, and customer success across the Americas for Intero’s UT Inspection Services. This role leads, coaches, and motivates a regional sales team of 6–8 sales professionals and plays a critical role in expanding Intero’s footprint in a high-potential market. The successful candidate is a hands-on sales leader with high energy, a winning mindset, and a proven ability to turn strategy into execution. You will champion Intero’s differentiating service capabilities, outstanding service quality, and customer-centric approach, while embedding and further strengthening Intero’s Sales Excellence processes and Salesforce-driven sales model. This role works closely with the UT Americas Director and regional leadership to translate growth strategy into consistent commercial performance across the region. UT ILI, under the umbrella of Intero’s Inspection Services, focuses on challenging pipelines across critical gathering and production pipelines, refinery heater tubes, and other difficult-to-inspect (DTI) infrastructure. Intero provides inspection solutions where standard “piggable” inspection tools do not suffice. Intero’s proprietary tools (such as the “Pipeline Surveyor”) are designed to inspect dual-diameter lines, complex bends, tees, full-bore unbarred off-takes and other configurations often considered unpiggable. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and order intake across all UT Inspection Services in the Americas. Translate regional growth strategy into clear sales plans, targets, and execution priorities. Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities while expanding existing key accounts. Position Intero as the preferred partner through technical differentiation, service quality, and customer intimacy. Actively support strategic bids, key negotiations, and major customer engagements. Sales Excellence & Process Implementation Lead the continued rollout and disciplined use of Intero’s Sales Excellence framework. Drive consistent and high-quality use of Salesforce to improve pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales efficiency. Ensure structured opportunity management, value selling, and disciplined deal reviews across the team. Use data and KPIs to steer performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement. Team Leadership, Coaching & Performance Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 6–8 sales representatives across the Americas. Build a high-performance, “make-it-happen” sales culture with strong accountability and collaboration. Develop individual capabilities through regular coaching, field visits, and structured performance reviews. Attract, develop, and retain top commercial talent aligned with Intero’s values and ambition. Foster teamwork across borders (US, Canada, Brazil) and close collaboration with operations and technical teams. Build strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and industry stakeholders. Maintain deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Ensure excellent sales to operations hand-over, safeguarding customer satisfaction and repeat business. Act as a commercial ambassador for Intero at industry events, conferences, and customer forums. What you should bring to the team:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Commercial Manager in an international, multi-country environment. Strong track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams. Experience in inspection (ILI) services, oil & gas, infrastructure, or related technical service markets. Demonstrated success in implementing structured sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce experience required). Strong coaching skills with the ability to motivate, challenge, and develop sales professionals. Commercially sharp, customer-focused, and results-driven. High energy, positive attitude, and winning “can-do, make-it-happen” mentality. Natural leader who leads by example and thrives in a performance-driven environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently while aligned with regional and global strategy. Strong communicator, culturally aware, and comfortable working across the Americas. Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with change and growth. Understanding of pipeline and industrial asset inspection technologies preferred. Ability to travel across the region on a regular basis.
