I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a team of four in a high-performing office that ranks in the top five in our area for production. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the mortgage industry, which gave me a strong background in financial services and customer relationships. I attended Indiana State University and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. Our office is located on Main Street, so we’re regularly involved in local events and enjoy being an active part of the community. For our team, we offer a flexible approach to time off. As long as goals are being met and responsibilities are handled, I trust my team to manage their schedules reasonably. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Seyfert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.

Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.

Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.

Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.

Leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
