Responsibilities

Our Account Executive is accountable for:

Focused on generating new business through prospecting and securing strategic partnerships with both large-scale staffing accounts and high-value local clients.

Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability, and achieving sales metrics

Building and developing proposals and pricing models

Driving field-based prospecting across the San Juan metropolitan area and surrounding regions, including regular territory routes and in person client visits

Consistently meeting weekly gross margin and fee goals through disciplined pipeline management and structured sales activity

Representing Kelly’s brand in the Puerto Rico market through networking events, community presence, and relationship building with key decision makers

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required; fully bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred

On-site presence in the Guaynabo office weekly, with regular travel across the San Juan metro area and surrounding regions

Ability to provide clear, consultative guidance to customers and match solutions to their needs

Proven success in field sales: prospecting, canvassing, networking, and building relationships with decision makers

Solid understanding of the Puerto Rico market and competitive landscape

Highly organized, structured, and able to meet weekly activity and revenue goals

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment and following established processes

Qualifications and Requirements

Base pay range for this position is $46,859 – $62,479 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.

On-site presence in the Guaynabo office weekly, with regular travel across the San Juan metro area and surrounding regions

Establishes and maintains professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

Highly effective in structured sales activities and pipeline management
