We're looking for a

driven and hands-on sales talent

ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be at the forefront of turning interest into impact — driving revenue, developing outreach strategies, and working directly with our sales team to scale our business.

Key Responsibilities

Be our full cycle sales engine:

As one of the first sales employees, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and shaping our sales strategy

Drive sales execution:

You actively develop and expand sales channels, implementing robust go-to-market strategies to increase market share and revenue

Lead outreach initiatives:

You handle initial contacts, cold calling, and email campaigns to effectively generate leads and close deals

Collaborate with management:

You work closely with our CEO and the sales team, on strategies to drive company growth

Skills & experience you will need

2+ years of experience

in sales execution as e.g. AE or a similar role

Strong understanding of sales processes and experience

working in an early stage start-up

Proven ability to manage

CRM systems;

best case HubSpot

Fluent in both

German and English

Nice-to-haves

Fluent in Spanish, French or Italin
