Position Summary SOBRsafe, Inc. is seeking a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative – High-Volume Outbound to help drive new business growth within the behavioral health and adjacent markets. This position is best suited for sales professionals who enjoy heavy outbound phone activity and structured, KPI-driven performance environments.
This role is focused on high-volume outbound phone activity, qualifying interest, and setting meetings for senior sales leadership. It does not own full-cycle sales or deal closing responsibilities.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience, thrives in KPI-driven environments, and is comfortable making 50+ calls per day. This is not a long-cycle enterprise role. It is best suited for a disciplined, activity-driven sales professional who enjoys structured outreach and measurable performance goals.

Primary Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound phone activity daily using provided prospect lists.
Set qualified meetings and demos for senior sales leadership.
Clearly document activity and meetings in CRM.
Follow structured call cadences and outreach sequences.
Speak confidently about product value and secure clear next steps.
Consistently hit call volume and meeting-setting KPIs.
Success Metrics
Daily outbound call volume
Meetings scheduled and held
Consistent KPI attainment
Requirements Experience & Background
2–5 years of outbound SDR / BDR experience in a high call-volume environment.
Must currently be employed in a role involving daily outbound phone prospecting and active call-based KPI measurement.
Demonstrated success setting meetings or demos from outbound phone activity.
Proven ability to succeed in a high call volume environment with disciplined follow-up.
Candidates should be able to clearly speak to their daily call volume and meeting-setting metrics.
Healthcare, behavioral health, medical device, or adjacent regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Comfortable in a high call-volume environment with daily outbound expectations and measurable activity benchmarks.
Excellent follow-up habits; organized and persistent.
Comfortable being measured primarily on call volume and meetings set.
Ability to qualify interest and secure next-step meetings.
Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and modern outbound workflows.
Professional written communication (email, LinkedIn) that supports the calling effort.
Self-managed, consistent, and coachable.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Location & Work Environment
Remote.
Standard Monday-Friday business hours with flexibility as needed.
Minimal travel, if any.
