The litho and digital printing company seeks an Account Executive to provide excellent customer service support on all printed product sales. The role works cooperatively between the sales team, production team, and customers. Ideal for someone with a customer service/administrative background who demonstrates a commitment to outstanding client care. A good telephone manner is key. Job Duties
Accurately process customer print transactions To process sales orders using MIS system Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications Provide accurate management of agreed stock level replenishment, to include the management of unexpected increases or decreases in demand for print or bespoke customer products Obtain accurate vendor information, relating to pricing, shipment dates and expected date of delivery Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed Contact customers following sales to ensure on‑going customer satisfaction and resolve any queries Manage time effectively, meet business goals and work effectively with members of the print production and sales teams Collate lead times and maintain an accurate picture of workflow and job completion dates and communicate this to stakeholders. Qualifications
Resident in the United Kingdom Recent experience working in the print, packaging or paper sectors
