About the Role As the
Channel Manager – Multifamily Sales , you will lead and expand strategic national partner relationships to drive adoption of Fiber Optic Internet solutions within the multifamily (MDU) market. You’ll oversee partner performance across a diverse community portfolio—from single properties with several hundred units to large, multi‑property groups. This role blends strategic planning, hands‑on partner engagement, performance management, and executive‑level communication to deliver measurable growth and long‑term value.
What You Will Do
Build, maintain, and optimize strong relationships with national multifamily channel partners
Develop and execute strategies that elevate performance across established accounts
Create and implement ramp‑up plans to accelerate productivity for new and emerging partners
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new multifamily partnership opportunities
Monitor, analyze, and act on funnel metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent performance
Manage the full partner lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing optimization
Introduce innovative approaches to reach and convert multifamily customers to Fiber Optic Internet services
Travel throughout the fiber footprint to support partner engagement and performance
Deliver executive‑level insights, analysis, and reporting on partner results
Present account performance and strategic recommendations to VP‑level and senior leadership
Do You Have…
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or related fields
Experience managing or influencing channel partner sales organizations
Proven success in the multifamily (MDU) market
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics to drive performance
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
