Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a dynamic

Executive Dining Room Manager

to lead food and beverage operations at Vinson Hall, a Life Plan Community located on a park-like oasis in vibrant

McLean, Virginia

and just miles from our nation’s capital.

We’re looking for a hospitality-driven professional with strong front-of-house leadership experience and a passion for mentoring and training staff. A background in restaurants or country clubs is highly preferred. Typical shift is 11:00am - 8:00pm, may vary with every other weekend coverage. Bring your passion for hospitality to a team that values excellence, community, and care.

What You'll Do

have oversight of daily front of house operations for the on-site restaurant, cafe and bistro;

manage a front-of-house team of approximately 20 staff members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism;

deliver high quality resident dining operations;

do rounding with residents to ensure satisfaction;

achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests;

ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

Minimum Management Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
