The Role: We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize our marketing execution. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building repeatable processes for events, webinars, and lead nurturing to maximize the impact of our marketing efforts. Your expertise will help us expand our lead list, enhance engagement, and optimize marketing workflows to drive revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Lead project management for webinars and events, including planning, content creation, execution, and post-event analysis
Own marketing automation by managing email sequences, campaign tracking, and data in HubSpot
Optimize LinkedIn and social media strategy by creating, scheduling, and analyzing posts to drive engagement
Maintain and update the website with fresh content, including blog posts, event pages, and webinars
Develop and execute newsletter campaigns to engage prospects and customers
Support sales and marketing operations with ad hoc tasks to improve marketing efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
1 to 4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or digital marketing
Proficiency in marketing tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Strong copywriting skills, particularly for email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
Experience in SaaS marketing, especially targeting engineering leaders or technical audiences
Bonus:
Knowledge of SEO, website management (Webflow), and marketing analytics
