About the Work We are seeking an experienced
Sheet Vinyl Flooring Subcontractor
for ongoing residential and/or commercial projects. Ideal candidates take pride in clean, precise installations and can work independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
Measure, prep, and install sheet vinyl flooring
Perform sub-floor preparation (patching, leveling, moisture control as needed)
Cut, fit, seam, and weld vinyl accurately
Remove existing flooring when required
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate clearly with project managers and clients
Complete jobs on schedule and to quality standards
Requirements
Proven experience installing sheet vinyl flooring
Own tools and reliable transportationAbility to read plans and job specs
Attention to detail and strong workmanship
Valid insurance (liability and workers’ comp)
Professional attitude and reliability
