About The Role Arrae is looking for a Junior Copywriter who is equal parts storyteller, strategist-in-training, and brand guardian. You will work closely across cross-functional teams to execute thoughtful, high-performing copy across all brand touchpoints.

This role is ideal for a strong writer who wants to grow inside a performance minded environment. You are curious about how copy performs, eager to learn the strategy behind what works, and excited to develop your skills by working closely with senior leadership. You care deeply about brand voice, sweat the details, and take pride in writing that feels intentional, strategic, and distinctly Arrae.

What You'll Do

Write high-performing, on-brand copy for weekly email campaigns

that spotlight Arrae’s products — translating science-backed benefits and brand POV into clear, persuasive direct-response messaging.

Support

lifecycle and retention communications

by writing thoughtful copy for flows and winback campaigns that feel personal, intentional, and aligned with the broader brand narrative.

Write both editorial and research-backed blog posts , as well as thoughtful summaries of founder podcast episodes, distilling complex wellness concepts into accessible, engaging storytelling.

Assist in developing ad hooks, headlines, and angles

by translating product insights into fresh, performance-minded concepts.

Build a deep understanding of Arrae’s formulations, ingredient research, and regulatory boundaries — including what we can say, how we say it, and where nuance matters.

Assist with

A/B testing and optimization , helping to implement copy variations and analyze performance to inform future tests.

Conduct

competitive and category research

as needed to help support product positioning and messaging strategy.

Help protect and evolve brand voice , collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesion across email, social, performance, retail, and web.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field – with

1–2 years of relevant work experience

(internships or part‑time roles count).

Strong foundational writing and editing skills

Ability to adapt brand voice across platforms — from narrative storytelling to conversion‑driven copy

Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, CPA) and how copy influences them

Detail‑oriented with strong proofreading abilities
