C+GA is currently seeking an intrepid, organized and detail-oriented marketing professional with prior experience in the AEC industry. Their core responsibility will be working with Partners` and senior staff to execute the Marketing Plan and effectively communicate the firm’s core mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with Partners and other senior firm leaders in our 50+ person office along with the Marketing team Support business development activities Conduct market and client research Organize, manage and produce marketing collateral with multiple revisions Assign, write and edit content for both marketing and communications Share and distribute content for internal knowledge sharing and filing purposes Schedule and participate in debriefs, both external and internal, following opportunity win-loss Strong ability to develop marketing graphic material Organize and maintain visual assets and marketing databases The Marketing Specialist should have the following skills
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, architecture, design, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least one in a professional services industry Good time management Effective organizational and project management capabilities An “eye” for detail and exceptional grammar Strong graphic and layout skills Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills The ideal candidate will bring to C+GA

Salary range for this position is $70,000-85,000 subject to adjustment based on candidate’s experience, skills, and references feedback. Schedule
