Intermediate Architect Location: New York, NY, USA

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect with 5‑7 years of experience working in rehabilitation of existing buildings and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM). US experience is required.

Responsibilities

Team member for large scale renovation projects involving multiple buildings and campus infrastructure, including sustainable mixed use, residential, education and institutional projects from feasibility through construction administration.

Interface with Project Manager, Project Architect and other architectural team members; coordinate individual work scopes with the rest of the project team.

Participate in the coordination of design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents.

Assist in preparation of technical drawings, design and conceptual presentation imagery.

Assist with bid period and construction administration services, including site visits and coordination with the owner – private and/or public agency.

Skills

Excellent skills in Revit and Building Information Modeling with a full understanding of LOD classifications and industry standards for model elements at all phases.

Navisworks experience is a plus.

Strong organizational, communication, and design skills; ability to work independently.

Excellent project delivery experience, including construction documentation and construction administration.

Experience in the Construction Administration phase is a plus.

Commitment to and experience with sustainable design.

Experience in New York City, NYC Building Codes and multi‑family housing is a plus.

Professional architectural degree from an accredited institution.

3D proficiency and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required.

LEED and/or Passive House certification is a plus.

Excellent English language communication and client interface skills.

Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Schedule

Hybrid work schedule after orientation period.
