ProSidian Seeks a Business Analysis and Training Support Curriculum Designer (AFRC3) located in CONUS–Aurora, Colorado to provide sector‑related solutions for the Space Force.

JOB OVERVIEW The Curriculum Designer supports the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and HQ Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) mission in Training Content Support. The role develops and implements modern training strategies and content to educate IR Airmen, government staff, and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Design, develop and maintain engaging training modules for approximately 7,800 IR Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders.

Create immersive learning experiences using animations, quizzes, tests, slides, and scenario‑based training videos.

Adapt training content to diverse audiences ensuring effective communication.

Utilize graphics and programming software to integrate visual elements, text, and audio.

Ensure deliverables meet performance objectives, thresholds, and acceptance criteria outlined in the Service Summary.

Collaborate with the QASP to evaluate contractor performance.

Participate in recruitment and onboarding as needed.

Coordinate and deliver business analytics technical work products and training materials within deadlines.

Prepare monthly status reports, technical meeting minutes, and program management reviews.

Contribute to transition plans, quality control plans, and other contract deliverables.

Provide trip reports and employee lists to support project execution.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong background in curriculum design, instructional design, or related field.

Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, and project management.

Proficiency in graphics and programming software for multimedia content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Collaborative cross‑functional teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

SKILLS / ABILITIES / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Analysis, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years of curriculum design or related experience.

Experience with government contracts or military organizations is a plus.

U.S. citizenship required.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data analytic tools.

Ability to multi‑task and maintain detail orientation.
