
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for
owning and executing external marketing communications
across digital channels, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and on-brand content delivery. This role translates campaign direction and technical guidance into polished, audience-ready content that represents the company accurately and credibly in the market.
This is a
hands‑on, senior execution role
that sits between campaign strategy and tactical delivery. The Senior Marketing Specialist does not define campaign architecture or product strategy, but is accountable for
how marketing shows up externally—every day .
Key Responsibilities External Communications (Primary Ownership)
Own execution of
blog content, social media, and email marketing .
Maintain a consistent external publishing cadence aligned to campaign priorities.
Ensure messaging reflects approved narratives, terminology, and positioning.
Content Production & Execution
Own
writing, editing, and refinement
of marketing content.
Translate campaign briefs and technical guidance into clear, compelling content.
Adapt messaging for different channels and audiences while maintaining cohesion.
Partner with designers and agencies to deliver complete, polished assets.
Campaign Execution Leadership
Lead execution of campaigns defined by the Program Manager.
Build and manage content calendars and asset plans.
Identify execution gaps early and proactively surface risks or needs.
Brand & Quality Control
Apply brand standards, voice, and narrative frameworks consistently.
Own execution-level quality control across all externally facing content.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all deliverables.
Publishing & Channel Management
Own scheduling, publishing, and coordination across external channels.
Oversee publishing workflows and ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with the Marketing Specialist for execution support where needed.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track channel‑level performance metrics (engagement, reach, consistency).
Provide insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
Inform future execution decisions based on performance trends.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the
Program Manager
to ensure content reflects technical reality and campaign intent.
Coordinate with the
Marketing Specialist
to support execution and scaling of content volume.
Remain informed of product and engineering roadmaps as they impact messaging and timing.
What This Role Is Not
Not responsible for campaign strategy or architecture.
Not the primary owner of technical translation or product positioning.
Not an internal communications or sales enablement lead.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 – $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive.
The compensation range for this full‑time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in technical, industrial, or complex B2B environments.
Familiarity with campaign workflows and content calendars.
Comfort working from structured briefs and messaging frameworks.
Experience collaborating with product, engineering, or technical teams.
