Overview We are an established fashion brand entering an exciting new chapter with the rollout of a refined brand identity and strategic repositioning. We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support and implement this evolution across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Working closely with the Marketing Strategist who leads brand direction and campaign vision this role will ensure brand consistency, strong copy execution, and cohesive storytelling across all outward-facing materials.

The ideal candidate is confident in copywriting, understands brand voice, and has experience within fashion. They must be comfortable operating within a rebrand environment, ensuring that all messaging, digital presence, and marketing execution align with the evolving brand identity while driving measurable growth in DTC.

Marketing Strategist: Leads brand direction, campaign concepts, photoshoot creative, and overall brand positioning.

Marketing Manager: Executes campaigns, owns brand consistency across materials, manages timelines, drives DTC execution, and supports performance tracking aligned with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities Brand Voice & Brand Consistency

Ensure brand voice is consistent across all channels and outward-facing materials

Own website copy updates, product descriptions, and seasonal messaging

Partner with the Strategist to implement brand evolution across touchpoints

Review and approve outward-facing marketing materials to ensure brand alignment

Ensure brand continuity and consistency during the rebrand rollout

Marketing Calendar & Planning

Build and maintain a comprehensive 360° marketing calendar

Align calendar to product drops, trade shows, revenue goals, and seasonal priorities

Ensure campaigns are planned and executed with appropriate lead times

Coordinate cross-functional timelines to support on-time launches

Campaign Execution

Support campaign planning led by the Marketing Strategist

Coordinate sample ordering, tracking, and organization for shoots and initiatives

Manage production logistics and asset distribution

Execute campaign rollouts across email, website, paid, retail, and wholesale channels

Ensure cohesive storytelling across all marketing touchpoints

Direct-to-Consumer Growth (Shopify Required)

Actively support growth initiatives across DTC

Manage Shopify content updates, merchandising, and product storytelling

Optimize product descriptions and site messaging to improve conversion Monitor site performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

Social Media & Content Direction

Oversee development and execution of social media content in partnership with external creators

Ensure all posts align with brand positioning, campaign priorities, and commercial objectives

Monitor performance and adjust content strategy to drive engagement and revenue

Email Marketing & CRM

Own day-to-day execution within the email platform (Klaviyo)

Build segmentation strategies and automated flows

Deploy campaigns aligned with seasonal strategy

Monitor and optimize performance to increase revenue contribution

Influencer & Affiliate Programs

Develop and manage influencer outreach and programming

Establish and oversee affiliate partnerships

Track performance and ROI of influencer and affiliate initiatives

Ensure partnerships align with brand positioning

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

Support identification and execution of partnership opportunities

Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, and reporting

Ensure collaborations align with both brand evolution and revenue objectives

Sales & Brand Materials

Create pitch decks and presentation materials as needed

Partner with graphic designers to execute brand decks, sales decks, and marketing materials

Oversee consistency and messaging across all outward-facing presentations

Digital & Performance Support

Assist in paid media coordination and reporting

Monitor traffic, conversion, ROAS, and CAC metrics

Support website updates and landing page improvements

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly marketing performance summaries

Track KPIs across traffic, engagement, revenue contribution, and retention

Provide insights to support DTC and overall brand growth

Qualifications

4–6+ years marketing experience within a fashion or lifestyle brand

Strong copywriting skills with confidence in brand voice development

Shopify experience required

Experience supporting brand refresh or repositioning initiatives preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a growing brand environment
