
Communications Digital Engagement Specialist

Join the Product & Tech Communications team and help transform Stellantis technology into compelling narratives that inspire, inform, and engage. In this role, you’ll develop communication plans for major initiatives, lead digital storytelling across channels, and produce creative assets that bring our innovations to life for employees across Product Development & Technology and Product Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Planning: develop and execute communication and marketing plans for major tech initiatives
Creative Content Production: design and produce graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets to support campaigns, product spotlights, and leadership storytelling
Social Media & Digital Engagement: lead creative and editorial planning for Stellantis Tech & AI social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, emerging channels)
Podcast & Video Series Ownership: serve as the primary producer and content lead for Stellantis Tech & AI podcast
We’re looking for a creative, strategic communicator with strong digital instincts and the ability to lead campaigns from concept to execution. Someone who enjoys working across channels, from video, design, copywriting, social, and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field.
Experience in communications or digital content creation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience producing podcasts, livestreams, or video series (e.g., scripting, recording, editing, distribution)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience with tools such as PlayPlay, GoPro workflows, Kaltura, or similar video platforms
Familiarity with Salesforce for newsletter publishing
Understanding of automotive, technology, or innovation driven industries
