Assistant Golf Professional (Seasonal) - PGA Golf Management Intern

Brookmeadow Country Club is seeking a motivated PGA Golf Management Intern for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional position. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in instruction and golf operations while working in the early stages of our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art practice facility and emerging golf school.
Position Overview The intern will play an active role in junior programming, instructional initiatives, and daily golf operations while helping grow our new golf school from the ground up.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with and lead Junior Golf Camps
Support and conduct clinics
Provide private and semi‑private lessons (based on experience)
Support player development programming
Golf shop operations and customer service
Administrative duties and tee sheet management
Pro shop merchandising and inventory support
Assist with tournaments and club events
Qualifications
Enrolled in a PGA Golf Management Program or registered PGA Associate
Strong interest in instruction and player development
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, organized, and team‑oriented
Availability for weekends and holidays
About our Facility The Perch is Brookmeadow's brand‑new, 100,000‑square‑foot state‑of‑the‑art green grass outdoor practice facility designed to elevate every aspect of player development. Featuring two expansive putting greens, dynamic greenside bunkers, tight lies, rough, fescue, and varied slopes, the facility replicates real on‑course conditions. In addition, The Perch includes extensive natural turf teeing grounds, an artificial turf teaching strip, and dedicated areas for both short game and full‑swing practice. Thoughtfully designed by PGA Professionals and golf course architects, The Perch provides a comprehensive, high‑level training environment and serves as the foundation of our growing golf school.
