Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda, LLP is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our Washington, DC office. This role will work alongside two paralegals to support the firm's transactional practice. The ideal candidate will bring five or more years of commercial paralegal experience in a law firm environment. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage complex workflows, handle multiple matters at varying stages, and operate efficiently in a fast-paced practice. We offer a 37.5-hour work week with no annual billable hour requirement for paralegals. This position is available to local candidates as hybrid or fully remote for out-of-state candidates. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closing logistics. Review and analysis of title, survey and survey zoning documents, assist in resolution of the issues that arise Drafting of various transactional documents Preparation of closing documents Coordinate closing and post-closing logistics Special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

5+ years of commercial paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm; in-house commercial real estate experience considered. Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume transactional real estate practice with minimal supervision. Strong title and survey review experience. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for interaction with attorneys, staff, clients, and external parties. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
