Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations for biomedical devices in the assigned territory. The candidate should have strong experience in hospital sales, dealer management, and achieving revenue targets in the medical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned region.
Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network.
Build relationships with hospitals, corporate hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
Promote and sell biomedical equipment (ICU, OT, Surgical, Imaging, etc.).
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to doctors and biomedical engineers.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team in the territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of biomedical devices and hospital equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Team handling and leadership ability.
Good networking with hospital purchase departments.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Life Sciences / Any Science Graduate.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in ICU / OT / Surgical equipment sales
Existing hospital network in assigned territory
Willing to travel extensively
