Job Overview The Graduate Specialist Program – Sales is a full‑time rotational development program designed to accelerate high‑potential graduates into future commercial, marketing, and business leaders within HydraForce, a Bosch company. Over the duration of the program, you will complete four strategically designed rotations that provide broad exposure across sales, marketing, and business operations. This immersive experience builds strong commercial acumen, customer engagement expertise, and cross‑functional understanding – preparing you for a challenging specialist or project leadership role within Sales upon successful completion.
Structured Rotations
Four personalized rotations, including one at another Bosch facility within the U.S.
Exposure to multiple commercial functions such as:
Inside Sales
Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP)
Sales channel management
Sales Controlling
Marketing
Digital Sales Initiatives
Insight into the full commercial lifecycle – from customer acquisition through ongoing account development
Challenging & Impactful Work
Engage in meaningful operational and strategic assignments
Contribute to the conception and implementation of digital sales solutions
Support introduction and optimization of commercial software tools
Take ownership of deliverables and measurable business outcomes from day one
Executive Mentorship & Development

Responsibilities During the Program
Support customer engagement and account management activities
Analyze sales performance data and contribute to forecasting and reporting efforts
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to strengthen partnerships
Participate in marketing initiatives that support product positioning and brand growth
Identify process improvement opportunities within sales operations
Contribute to digital transformation and commercial system enhancements
Demonstrate increasing ownership, accountability, and leadership within project teams
Your Profile Education
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
Recent graduate (within 3 years) or about to graduate
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Experience
Internship or early‑career experience within Sales or a commercial environment
Exposure to manufacturing or industrial markets preferred
Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Commercial curiosity and customer‑focused mindset
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally during rotations
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 5 pounds without assistance
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Work Environment This position operates primarily in a professional office setting. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to moderate.
