Drafter / Designer - Gas Turbine or Compression Packaging
We are recruiting on behalf of an engineering company in the distributed energy sector seeking a Drafter / Designer to support the design and packaging of skid-mounted power systems.
Candidates with gas turbine package design experience are preferred. Designers with compression packages, rotating equipment, or other packaged industrial systems experience will also be considered.
Responsibilities
Produce 2D drawings and 3D models for packaged equipment
Develop fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings
Support skid layouts, enclosures, and equipment integration
Maintain BOMs and drawing revisions within PDM/PLM systems
Collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls teams
Requirements
3+ years of industrial drafting/design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software
Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, dimensioning, and tolerancing
