Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ocala, FL, for a Technical Service Representative. In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting services for a range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Proficient in Technical Services, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting HVAC systems.
Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
Previous HVAC repair or installation experience is highly desirable.
Possession of relevant technical certifications is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical training is a benefit.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
