Top Manhattan Property Management Real Esatate company looking for experienced property manager for residential portfolio manager position.
Must have at least
5 years
experience
Full knowledge of all NYC local laws (11, 87, 84 etc).
Knowledge of DOB, HPD, ECB etc.
Experience managing staff and balancing budgets
Attend and run board meetings
Draft management reports
Liaise with unit owners and shareholders
Negotiate with vendors
Experience with capital projects.
Extremely computer fluent
