Job Description We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of direct insurance CSR experience in personal lines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage a book of business with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts, including policy changes, renewals, billing, and claims support.

Provide professional and prompt service to existing and prospective clients.

Assist producers with policy servicing and customer communications.

Ensure compliance with carrier and agency guidelines.

Build strong client relationships to support retention and growth.

Requirements

3+ years of personal lines insurance customer service experience (required).

Active Property & Casualty license (preferred).

Experience with an independent agency is a plus.

Strong knowledge of insurance carriers, coverages, and rating systems.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work on‑site in Moore, Oklahoma.
