What You'll Do As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the face of the CrowdStrike Platform—including Next-Gen SIEM, LogScale, Fusion SOAR, Onum, and Charlotte AI—for prospective customers. You’ll work alongside the sales team to own the technical relationship through the sales cycle and maintain that relationship as customers discover the platform, expand usage across the portfolio, and provide feedback to Product Management. You’ll become a trusted advisor by delivering technical value, answering questions, demonstrating capabilities across our product suite, and presenting a comprehensive technical vision addressing logging, SIEM, SOAR, data pipelines, and AI-assisted security operations needs. You’ll collaborate with sales, leadership, marketing, support, customer success, and engineering, contributing to deal progression and translating customer wants into tangible value from the CrowdStrike Platform. You’ll also participate in defining and executing go-to-market strategy—exploring new use cases, integrations, partnerships, and cross-product synergies—to expand the platform worldwide.

What You\'ll Need We’re looking for a colleague who combines strong technical, analytical, and sales skills with a customer-care mindset. You should value teamwork and bring a proactive approach to solving challenges and coordinating with both external and internal partners.

Required Experience

2+ years experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR technologies, including data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, visualization, and security use-case validation.

Experience with SOAR platforms and incident response workflows.

Understanding of data pipeline architectures and data engineering concepts.

Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and generative AI applications in security operations.

Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Technical Skills (Advantageous)

Comfortable with Linux and Windows troubleshooting

Experience with data ingestion formats and protocols

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.)

Cloud concepts and architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Orchestration and automation tools

Distributed data stores and data shipping services

SSO concepts and identity management

API integration and webhook configurations

Understanding of playbook development and workflow automation

Experience with AI copilots and natural language query interfaces

Sales & Business Skills

Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling in a presales or architect role is ideal.

Ability to adapt, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and collaborate in a team selling setting.

Consultative sales approach—ability to challenge companies to think differently.

Strong evangelizing skills for technology and new account acquisition (hunting) to uncover opportunities.

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $135,000 - $205,000 per year, with eligibility for commissions, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
