What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function to achieve revenue targets
Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent experience to customers
Support prospects during trials and proof of concepts (POCs) of the platform
Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials, defining their goals and influencing requirements
Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to give and receive feedback to drive process improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
Experience or a keen interest in cybersecurity
