Real estate development and financing strategy Commercial construction operations Lender research and engagement Subcontractor bid solicitation High-level executive meetings Business opportunity research across multiple platforms Interactions with architects and designers You will see how deals are structured, how projects are financed, and how a CEO manages a multi-faceted construction and development business. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar and schedule Conduct research (lenders, projects, market opportunities, industry data) Assist in identifying and pursuing new real estate and construction opportunities Take detailed, organized notes during executive meetings Track action items and ensure follow-through Create and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets and reporting tools Communicate with lenders, subcontractors, and industry professionals Run occasional business-related errands Adapt to both office and job site environments Work Environment Expectations
This role requires versatility: Some days you may be on a construction job site (business casual / job-site appropriate attire) Other days you may attend professional meetings (business professional attire required) Professional presentation and adaptability are essential. Who We’re Looking For
Strong communicator with clear, professional verbal and written skills Excellent listener and highly detailed note taker Organized and able to execute tasks exactly as directed Tech-savvy with strong Excel/spreadsheet capabilities Comfortable interacting with executives and industry professionals Self-starter who wants to grow beyond a typical administrative role Experience in real estate, construction, banking, legal, architecture, design, or property management is a plus — but not required. We are willing to teach the right person who is eager to learn the construction and development industry. A degree is preferred but not mandatory. Application Requirements
