$25 to $33 per hour
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. This position requires frequent travel to local client sites and plays a key role in driving business growth through technical sales, system design support, and project estimating.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
Promote and sell HVAC installation and design services
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
Prepare accurate HVAC project estimates
Create and review HVAC system layouts and sketches
Develop detailed proposals and quotations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project scope and pricing accuracy
Follow up on bids and support contract negotiations
Qualifications
Previous experience working for an HVAC contractor (required)
Proven experience in HVAC estimating
Strong understanding of HVAC system design and installation practices
Ability to sketch and conceptualize HVAC systems
Experience preparing professional quotations and proposals
Experience with Buildup software is a plus
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines (Degree not necessary)
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel to various local job sites
Valid driver's license
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
