Development of detailed
2D & 3D CAD drawings
Complete
construction documentation packages
Interior architectural detailing
Advanced space planning
Drawing revisions from field and builder coordination
Collaboration with architects, builders, and consultants
FF&E documentation integration
Maintaining drawing accuracy across all project phases
Supporting seamless execution from concept through installation

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of space planning & interior design principles
Advanced understanding of architecture & construction drawings
Experience reading and revising construction documents
FF&E documentation experience
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Revit or comparable drafting software
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or related field preferred
Residential experience
NCIDQ certification is a plus
Work-Life Balance & Benefits Schedule
Monday–Thursday:
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday:
9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
No nights
No weekends
