The Opportunity We are hiring an

Associate Interior Designer (3+ years’ experience)

who is technically strong and ready to accelerate their career.

This is not an assistant role.

This is a growth-track position for someone who:

Understands construction and wants more field exposure

Is confident in AutoCAD and wants to refine mastery

What Success Looks Like

Core Responsibilities Technical & Construction Coordination

Produce and redline detailed CAD drawings (AutoCAD required)

Read and interpret architectural plans

Support framing, electrical, tile, and slab walkthroughs

Communicate clearly with builders and trades

Solve technical issues with growing autonomy

Design Development

Assist with selections, specifications, and presentations

Support budgeting and scheduling

Maintain accuracy across documentation

Protect brand standards in every detail

Project Execution

Track deliverables and deadlines

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams

Support installations and styling

Keep project documentation clean and organized

Qualifications

3+ years interior design experience (luxury residential preferred)

Strong construction knowledge and sequencing awareness

Proficient in AutoCAD (Rendering capabilities preferred)

Ability to read and redline plans

High attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple active tasks
