Counter Clerk/Warehouse Associate Area Temps • Akron, OH, US
An electrical supply company is seeking a Counter Clerk/Warehouse Associate to join their team. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Duties
Provide customer service at front counter
Answer phone calls for order placement
Enter order into company database
Schedule order pick-up time
pull and stage orders using tow motor
Assist customers loading orders into their vehicles
Unload product when arrives and put away stock
Clean up around the office and warehouse
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge of wire, cable, connects, etc. as it pertains to new construction is preferred
Must have the ability to pick up the knowledge of the products that are being sold and their applications
Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
Must have strong customer service and communication skills
Must have the ability to pay attention to detail and follow instructions
Must be a team player, able to multi-task, and takes pride in your work
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while being on your feet for the entire shift
Must be hardworking, a quick learner, and have a good attitude
Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
