A nationally recognized business law firm is expanding its New York finance team and is seeking a high-performing Associate (2–6 years) with strong experience in asset-based lending and secured finance.

Associates are expected to take ownership of core drafting and negotiation responsibilities, manage diligence streams, and run workstreams directly with clients.

Excellent drafting skills
