Leasing Administrator (Commercial Real Estate)

John Evans Recruiting is representing a prestigious commercial real estate developer in the Mid-Atlantic in their search for a Leasing Administrator. This person will report to the Lease Admin Manager in supporting a portfolio of 700 commercial leases between the two professionals. The Leasing Administrator will review the lease admin data entry and support functions work of an offshore team, later analyzing lease data to drive revenue among commercial tenants. This position is 3-5 days in our client’s downtown Baltimore office to start but will eventually transition to 3 days in office/2 days from home. Requirements: 2+ years of commercial real estate lease admin experience Ability to work with high-profile national commercial tenants to clarify billing, cash application, collections, and payment process questions Strong with commercial lease analysis Compensation for this role is $75k + $5k bonus.
