A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Manager/Director of Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in all aspects of leasing and property management for commercial/retail real estate. As a Commercial Real Estate Director, you will be a part of a talented and driven team that thrives on working in a fast‑paced environment and using initiative to create opportunities. Our client is seeking a natural relationship‑builder to form close working relationships and deliver the highest standards of service to tenants.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of deals for the leasing of company owned commercial space and property management.
  • Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective clients.
  • Assist the owner in promoting its properties for lease and offer advice to interested clients.
  • Coordinating with the department head to negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork for the lease of the commercial properties.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to accurately compute rental value of the owned commercial spaces.
  • Conduct research on the local market and stay up to date on industry trends.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Analyze the portfolio to ensure best placement in the market.
  • Formulate thoughtful analyses of owner's properties gauging market comparables, and research.
  • Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified clients.
  • Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals.
  • Prepare and manage documentation/leases and internal databases to ensure most up‑to‑date property and client information is on record.
  • Fill current vacancies and develop a plan to fill/renew upcoming leases.
  • Partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Maintain relationship with Lenders and annually complete reporting forthe loans.

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Good knowledge of the local property market
  • Valid driver's license
  • 8 years’ experience
  • Ability and experience managing team members to achieve thedepartment goals.

Compensation

$150,000 - $200,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
