Responsibilities
Receive and track incoming documentation for approved loan applications.
Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality and content standards.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all lending programs managed by the company.
Communicate results to various internal and external parties in a timely manner.
Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Complete required training, including AFSA, and stay current on program updates.
Manage multiple loan processing tasks within deadlines while demonstrating strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Effectively collaborate with team members and clients, providing excellent interpersonal and customer‑service support.
Respond to regulatory changes and adapt processes as needed.
Qualifications
Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
Adaptability to navigate various lending programs and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
Familiarity with installment lending and experience processing documentation for motorized collateral (motorcycles, RVs, etc.).
Proficiency with current technology and software to evaluate and manage documents.
Schedule Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (or 8:30 am – 5:30 pm). Weekend hours may be required.
Compensation $23.57 – $30.72 per hour.
