Join Ironhorse Funding LLC as a Full-Time Collections Specialist in our Irving office! This role offers a collaborative, energetic environment with a focus on teamwork and professional growth. Salary range: $24-$28 per hour. Our onsite location supports a welcoming atmosphere and a culture that values integrity and respect. We are an on-site employer with a passion for delivering innovative, technology-driven finance solutions to consumers and dealers in the motorcycle, powersports, RV, and marine markets. We provide customers with financing and refinancing options across the credit spectrum through direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. An immediate need exists for a Title’s Specialist to join our team located in Irving, TX. This position is on-site Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Dog lovers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and communicate with clients to ensure timely payments. Use company systems to track outstanding payments, send reminders, and negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate closely with team members to share insights and improve collection processes. Document all interactions accurately to uphold accountability and integrity. Attend regular team meetings to stay aligned with goals and contribute to the company’s financial health while nurturing client relationships. Qualifications
Strong communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and tactfully while building rapport with clients. Effective negotiation skills for payment arrangements and dispute resolution. Keen eye for detail to track outstanding accounts and ensure accurate documentation. Adaptability to handle diverse customer responses and situations with quick thinking and flexible strategies. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a varied workload. Problem-solving mindset to address challenges creatively and effectively. Compensation & Benefits
