Job Details You’ll work with private equity firms, founder-led businesses, and investors throughout the deal lifecycle. Common projects include:

Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis – buy-side and sell-side

Accounting clean-up in preparation for transactions

Acting as a point of contact during due diligence

Acquisition diligence and financial modeling

Responsibilities

Support Transaction Services engagements

Develop reports, financial analyses, and client-ready deliverables

Contribute to business development efforts

Engage in internal operations and team culture

Mentor and train junior team members

Qualifications

2+ years of Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence experience

Experience working for a Big 4 public accounting firm in the TAS/FDD practice group

CPA is preferred, but not required

Background in audit is a plus
