Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year. The sky is the limit with 20% commissions available (sales not required) plus bonuses and advisory services.

Job Details What You’ll Do
Lead and support Transaction Services engagements, including:
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis (buy-side and sell-side)
Financial due diligence and modeling
Historical accounting clean-up for transactions
Serving as a client liaison during the transaction process
Collaborate with and train Associates while contributing to firm operations.
Engage in business development to expand the firm\’s client base.
What You Bring
Experience: 2–7 years in Transaction Services (or TAS) + prior audit experience preferred.
Credentials: CPA license highly preferred.
Background: Big 4 experience (or similar caliber firms) valued but not required.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, confidence without cockiness, and a hunger to grow.
