
As an Employee Relations Advisor at Insight Global, you’ll be a key partner in supporting our people and driving a positive, productive, and respectful work environment. You’ll provide expert-level guidance on complex employee relations (ER) matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and business-aligned outcomes. This role requires the ability to independently manage and investigate sensitive internal and external cases, lead ADA interactive processes, and collaborate across HR, leadership, and legal to uphold our shared values. You will investigate and respond to employee complaints, handle other complex matters, and exercise discretion and independent judgment to determine outcomes and appropriate corrective actions.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct investigations into employee concerns of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace conflicts for both internal and external employees.
Manage a high volume of complex employee relations cases, including ADA Accommodations, performance issues, and sensitive internal concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Manage the accommodation interactive process for both internal and external employees to determine reasonable accommodations that support business needs.
Gather, organize, and analyze complaint information to support written investigative reports. Perform initial analysis of all complaints. Partner with other team members to determine investigative strategy. Assemble pertinent data, records, and other evidence to support written investigative reports.
Support, coach, and provide expert advice, guidance, and counsel to leaders and HR colleagues on all ER issues, policy interpretation, and questions to include such issues as conduct, leave of absence, termination of employment, employee complaints, and compliance issues.
Work with ER peers, to ensure consistency of advice and guidance provided.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation of investigations in case management tool to ensure quality employee relations records and metrics.
Exemplify the IG shared values in every interaction with the Insight Global team, clients, and consultants.
Convey empathy, patience, and listening skills.
Recommend new processes, policies, and procedures to achieve continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Champion and promote a positive environment, providing appropriate counsel and support to ensure that any ER processes are delivered to maximize the employee experience.
Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending course of action.
Provide strategic HR support to business leaders by advising on organizational changes and team structure, recommending training and development solutions, and offering tailored guidance to support evolving business needs.
