PrideOne is looking for a Senior Staffing Specialist or junior Program Manager to be the primary point of contact for a new MSP client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for talent acquisition, hiring managers, and staffing suppliers engaged with the client. As this is a smaller and newer program, you will have the opportunity to establish relationships and best practices in all aspects of our MSP service, including requisition management, candidate screening and onboarding, vendor relationship management, and reporting, including business reviews and scorecards. There may be an opportunity to expand the program to new geographical regions outside the US. Roles supported range from admin/finance/professional to engineering and construction management, and the VMS for this program is Beeline Professional. This is an in-office role out of our midtown Manhattan office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationships – gain a deep understanding of the client’s systems, processes, and culture so that you can communicate effectively with suppliers regarding client hiring needs and understand what candidates will be successful in a given role. Provide training and guidance to managers on the Beeline VMS system and process as needed. Provide market insights and manage client expectations throughout the hiring process.
Requisition Management – facilitate and manage the job requisition process with the hiring manager and approvers, through supplier distribution and response to candidate interviewing and selection.
Candidate Selection & Onboarding – act as liaison as needed between hiring managers and suppliers as it relates to the evaluation of candidates and negotiation of rates, duration of contract through the onboarding of the temp. Ensure client compliance requirements are met prior to the candidate's start.
Assignment Management – Throughout the engagement, the SS may become involved with performance or behavior issues, accommodation requests, rate adjustments, extensions, and other HR-type issues. Utilize discretion and judgment to mitigate risks to the client and Pride.
Program Governance – Manage performance of program delivery against contractual SLA’s. Work with the Reporting & Analytics team to create and deliver business reviews and vendor scorecards. Evaluate possible gaps in vendor delivery and assess potential new vendors. Identify areas of process improvement and drive to continuously exceed client expectations and SLA’s.
QUALIFICATIONS
BA degree & at least 3-4 years of staffing, account management, HR, or recruiting experience.
Previous experience as a staffing agency recruiter is helpful
Experience with Beeline or similar VMS tool required
Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management. Able to build positive relationships with both hiring managers and vendor partners.
Must have excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Must have desire and ability to deliver excellence – a customer service mindset with a strong sense of urgency
Process improvement mindset – be able to learn complex processes and identify ways to make them more consistent and efficient
Working knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
